My experience brings together work in large international organisations and the day-to-day responsibility of owning and developing a business.
Both shape how I work: bringing structure to complex questions, while keeping the practical realities of running a business in view.
My background spans strategy, finance, commercial analysis, business planning and performance, working across different organisational levels and with businesses of different types and sizes.
That breadth helps me look at how the parts fit together: the direction of the business, the numbers behind its performance and the decisions people need to make.
I also know what it means to own and develop a business: balancing customers, people, costs, cash flow and investment, while keeping the day-to-day running.
That experience matters when deciding what is realistic. Any recommendation needs to make sense for the time, resources and people you actually have.
You bring the knowledge of your business. I bring an outside perspective, thoughtful questions and experience of connecting strategy, information and performance.
We use that combination to make sense of what matters, consider the options and find a practical way forward. Modern tools can make the work more efficient; the conversation and judgement remain personal.
